OUR STORY BEGINS
IN GREECE...

We are Dorotheos & Alexandros, two brothers born and raised in Greece!

Growing up we were always fascinated by our grandfather’s love and devotion to his farm, located in Xanthi, a small town in Northern Greece. We can’t even begin to count the unforgettable core memories we had helping with our family’s farm and learning all the basics of sustainable and ethical farming.

"That’s where our love for authentic Greek food, made with the best local and freshest ingredients began to grow"

After many years of experience in the Hospitality & Food Industry in Greece and in Europe, we decided to expand our business endeavors to the US, so as to spread our love for Greek food!

Our search for the best Greek Gyro around quickly came to an end after realizing that we never actually managed to experience its authentic, mouth-watering flavor, which is a result of top-quality ingredients and knowledge of the traditional recipe. And that’s exactly why we are here!

Ingredients of the best quality, love for what we do, and a continuous effort to offer you the best experience possible, are the keys that’ll make our “Greek Gyro” your new favorite destination!

Our Project is 100% Online! We decided that in order to offer Top-Quality Food at the lowest cost possible, we'd have to minimize all of our costs and focus on the service quality of our small kitchens!

Is it all Greek to you?
Here are some tips to help you better understand and explore our menu!

GYRO

Let’s settle this once and for all: It’s pronounced YEER-O!

The sandwich that put our all-time-favorite Greek Street Food on the map! Gyro can be made with juicy and tender pork, chicken, beef, or lamb meat that is always served seasoned and slow-roasted to perfection, either rolled in a fluffy pita bread or on top of one as a main dish. It’s traditionally accompanied by onions, fresh parsley, tomatoes, and house-made Tzatziki sauce, but the choices here are endless!

Gyro was introduced to Greece in 1922, by the refugees of Constantinople and Smyrna. Many of the refugees became merchants and opened their own shops with tiny holes in the wall, where gyro was sold! After WWII, gyro gained popularity and spread to Europe, Australia, and the United States.

TZATZIKI

Tzatziki is a famous Greek dipping sauce or spread made with authentic Greek yogurt, cucumbers, garlic, olive oil, and numerous herbs and spices such as dill, mint, or parsley. It is always served cold, and it’s the perfect accompaniment for a variety of dishes such as gyros and souvlaki!

Often, it is served with pita bread as part of the first course of a big meal. Nowadays, either in its authentic recipe or in regional variations, it is considered to be one of the best protein-packed, summer dips!

TIROKAFTERI

Tirokafteri literally translates to “hot cheese”!

This creamy and rustic Greek dipping sauce is traditionally prepared with a combination of feta cheese, yogurt, hot peppers, olive oil, and vinegar. Although it is a traditional dish, it is regionally influenced and may contain anything from roasted hot red peppers to other types of cheese.

Depending on the ingredients and preparation method, alternate names for the spicy feta dip are kopanisti or htipiti.
